This is a Tola 1960th Mid-Century Corner table/shelf unit in a sapele veneer with ebonized legs and Brass cap feet. The Veneer has the classic warm toned teak finish to the top, base shelf and the suspended shelf, of which the design adds that stylish but retro aesthetic.
