Beautiful Antique Mahogany Sutherland Table - Clever Space Saver

Lovely late Victorian / Edwardian mahogany Sutherland drop-leaf table (c. 1880–1910). Unlike many darker, heavily stained pieces from this era, this table features a gorgeous, warm golden-honey mahogany patina that beautifully showcases the timber's natural grain.

An incredible space-saving design - it folds down to a remarkably narrow footprint, making it absolutely perfect for a hallway console, a side table behind a sofa, or for apartment living where space is at a premium.

Condition: Very good antique condition with a wonderful natural patina, solid hinges, and smooth-operating swing-out gate legs. Retains its original brass casters on the moving legs.

Timber: Solid Mahogany top and frame.
