Hi Senan..... I suppose the Ope/Surround can be removed but how practical that is I don't know (you may have your own ideas on that one!) as it's meant to fit into a fireplace opening as per Dimensions shown....

There are a series of small screws and brackets that probably separate the Surround/Ope from the main body/heater mechanism square.

I can send pics if required.....
