@Sleeper update. Boiler is 5.5 kw to room, 12kw to rads. Will accommodate 8 to 10 double radiators.

@Sleeper I can’t honestly say as I inherited the boiler when I acquired the house. I can say it is very large as you can see and successfully heated a house of 1000 ft.².
It has a new grate also - I forgot to mention this in the listing
