@cmorpho Please stop. I have called you out on the fact that you have been so unpleasant to a kid that you caused upset. Why not just ask to speak to his parent rather than having a go at him? I’ve done tonnes of deals on Adverts and have never had to ask someone to leave my property even once - let alone four times. As I said to you, I had the parts, but was not going to sell to you after the way you behaved.

Hilarious! Waving my phone? Are you for real? I double checked the ad to make sure that I was not mistaken and that I was not asking your son for something that was not advertised......... As I say, stay well clear. You agreed to sell me something, I arrived on time, asked for all the pieces, and you were nothing short of rude. Waste of my time!

@cmorpho If you had “simply asked”, there would have been no issue. However that is not what happened: as you well know, it was a child who came out to give you the item. Giving out to him, telling him that you didn’t want to have to buy the fixings, waving your phone with a picture of the ad in his face, etc., instead of “simply asking”
to speak to his parent, was a bizarre way to behave. As I explained, I had the parts but the manner in which you spoke to my child and then me, coupled with your refusal to leave my property until asked a fourth time, meant there was no chance I was going to sell the item to you.

I don't accept that at all. I don't see how simply asking for all the advertised parts of the item is unacceptable.
