The envelope does have some staining specifically around the flap area. Otherwise it is in a fairly good condition.
The 4 blocks of stamps (1 of each value) are in very good condition considering the age (47) and how they seemed to have been stored. There are a few small marks on the reverse of each MUH block and a small mark on the front of the 10p block.
