2025 Ireland Congratulations Rory Dublin Mail Centre to mark Rory McIlroy winning Irish Golf Open at the K Club on plain envelope.

An Post makes a mark for Rory

Ireland’s McIlroy has already made his mark on 2025 with a career Grand Slam at the Masters in April and has continued his dominance of world golf by winning the Irish Open at The K Club in thrilling fashion. Now it is An Post’s turn to repay the honour.

An Post press release "Mail with the postmark ‘CONGRATULATIONS RORY!’ will start dropping into hallways and mailboxes across Ireland and the golfing globe from today. The special mark will be applied to millions of national and international letters and cards sorted through An Post’s mails centres in Athlone, Dublin and Portlaoise over the coming weeks. Dedicated postmarks are a special honour to mark such a national celebration and set the scene for McIlroy’s participation in the famed Ryder cup later this month."
