2021 Ireland Spring Stamp Fair Souvenir Booklet overprinting the 2019 Greetings Booklet Mint Never Hinged (MNH) noting No Stamp or Coin Show.
The booklets were obtained on the assumption that there would be a show in 2021 however arising from Covid-19 there was no show. Show organiser overpinted 25 of these booklets mainly provided to collectors linked to the show. With such a small run they are fairly rare
