1993 Ireland Irish Buses An Post "Ministerial Pack" include Mint Never Hinged stamp set and first day cover.
"Minster Packs" were issued as a promotional by An Post to the minister of The Oireachtas of the day and to key contacts. It is unknown how many were issued but understood to be around 100 per issue.
