Custom Seiko 5 Sports "Samurai / Sea Urchin" Mod

Up for sale is a custom-modified Seiko 5 Sports diver build.
This build takes the classic blacked-out Seiko 5 case profile and upgrades it with iconic OEM/aftermarket Seiko parts for a high-end look and strong lume performance.

​Key Features & Modifications:
​Movement: Seiko/TMI NH35 automatic movement (features hacking and hand-winding capabilities).

​Dial: Authentic Seiko Prospex Samurai dial in black with bold applied indices.

​Hands: Classic SNZF17 "Sea Urchin" handset.
​Bezel Insert: SKX-style dive bezel insert.
​Case: Matte black PVD finished case with exhibition case back showing the NH35 rotor.
​Lume: Excellent low-light visibility on dial indices and hands.

While it started as a Seiko 5 Sports base, it has undergone significant component swaps combining parts from various Seiko models and aftermarket components:

​Movement Upgrade: Upgraded to an NH35A movement, visible through the case back.

​Dial Swap: Swapped to a Seiko Prospex Samurai dial (featuring the Prospex 'X' logo and 200\text{m} text marked 4R35).

​Hand Set: Swapped to SNZF17 (Sea Urchin) hands.
​Bezel Insert: Upgraded to an SKX-style countdown/diver bezel insert. I didn't modify it, it came already nodded.

​Condition:
​In very good condition overall with minimal signs of wear. Movement is running smoothly and keeping time as it should.


​Watch on fitted black NATO strap (as shown in photos). ​Extra grey NATO strap supplied. I may have a steel bracelet that can fit but cant seem to put my hands on it at the moment. If I find it its free gratis.
