Very sturdy and comfortable

Moderate clean fabric overall
No smoking no pets home
Minor squeak when sitting down, but it does not affect stability or comfort
Would benefit from a light steam clean to freshen it up
Has a small paint drop that should come out with cleaning
Selling only because I no longer need it
It is quite heavy, so collection only. You will likely need two people to move it.
