@joe.griffin.161 Hi, from memory when this couch was delivered, the seats were slotted in separately to the frame . I just checked the back of the couch and there are flaps that lift up and I think that's where the seating can be separated from the back. I'm not 100 % sure though. You are welcome to check it for yourself. Kind regards.
