Left Hand Facing Arm Deluxe Corner Sofa + Bed

Quick Sale Needed TODAY of Deluxe Corner Sofa with Pull Out Double Bed. Have links below to the Orka (which is the model) but with the Heydon Pull Put Bed so you can see the combo. As you’ll see the side panel detail is same as Orka and the Fabric, mine is less than 3 years old. GREAT condition - a few wear and tear stains but nothing significant and all cushion covers have been washed. No large stains or mold or any such thing no rips or tears and sofa bed in impeccable condition as seen in pics - used handful of times. Great for visitors. Sofa is perfect addition to any home. Have included images of its dimensions from the website also.

Very happy to come and look at it. Note: separates into 2 pieces so relatively easy to move but will need 2 people to come. I am ground level but with a small stairway to the car park only 10m away. Van needed given size.
