Spotlessly clean, from pet-free, non-smoking home.
Extremely comfortable, lovely padded armrests. An incredibly comfortable couch, has some damage to seat covers but all easily covered (see photos) but reflected in low price for quick sale.
I have deep cleaned with Bissell Upholstry Machine so item is spotless and fresh.

Large, heavy item, will require 2 people plus van to move.
