Includes
3 seater chaise sofa in charcoal grey. Chaise section separates into 2 pieces for easier moving.
2 seater sofa, matching fabric and colour.

Condition and Wear
Some wear and tear but they’re still solid and comfortable with plenty of life left.
Arms on both sofas have softened and dipped from normal use.
Chaise has seen more use and shows more wear on the seat.
2 seater has some sun fading on the back from being by a window, but the front and seating area are in much better condition.
No rips, tears on the seating areas.

Pet and Smoke Info
Smoke-free home. Pets were never allowed in the sitting room and never had access to the sofas. Couches have been thoroughly hoovered, no visible hair. Any stray hair would only be from clothes.

Chaise approx. 215cm long and 150cm depth chaise section. 2 seater approx. 180cm long and 90cm depth.
