It is structurally usable but the suede fabric is very worn/discoloured from age and storage, so it would suit someone looking for a restoration project, spare room sofa, garage/workshop sofa, or something to re-cover.
The sofa is heavy/solid and will need to be collected. Please note it is currently in storage, so the collector must be able to take it as is.
