Sofa bed with storage space and 5 cushions (usually comes with 3).
Great conditions.
For easier transportation, sofa backrest should be removed (just a few screws) - at least two people needed to carry it (downstairs - two flights) but I can help (as a third).
I also have a footstool to match with storage space (IKEA Kivik - same colour and material) if interested, I can discount the price if both are bought together.
