Measurements approximately:
6.5ft long, 4.5ft wide (folded down), 1ft from top mattress to floor, 2.5ft from top of back of sofa to floor (folded up)

Hi Fionntain,
It includes the mattress, if you want it. It’s more like a futon actually, in that it has no springs. It’s quite solid, and heavy.
I’m not at home at present, at a funeral removal, so I’ll send you the measurements later this evening or tomorrow morning if that’s ok?
