Its in in spotless store condition and approx one year old. It has a good quality fold out bed with a really nice mattress included. It was only used a couple of times.
The dimensions are: Lenght is 73in, Frame Height is 29in and with cushions on its 42in.
The Depth of seat is 28in and seat Height is 21in.
The foot stool is 24x22in and has storage space inside as shown in the photos.
Selling for the bargain price of €300 for both items.

Its a heavy solid and sturdy sofa bed because of the metal built in bed frame and mattress so it would be a 2 man lift.
