Large traditional extendable dining table with 6 matching carved spindle-back dining chairs.
A substantial, heavy piece of furniture with lovely carved detailing, turned pedestal legs and decorative claw-style feet. The table has a built-in geared extension mechanism and extends very easily.

The extension section and glass top have never been used, which is why the extension is noticeably darker than the main tabletop – it shows the original colour/finish of the wood.
The set has been well used over the years and the tabletop and chairs show wear, marks and fading. It would benefit from sanding and re-varnishing/refinishing, but it is a very solid set and would make a great restoration/upcycling project. The carved details should come up particularly well.
The extension mechanism is shown in the photos and is in good working order.
