VERSATILE APPLICATIONS-Simsafix juicer is ideal for steam juicing, but it’s also perfect forfermenting yoghurt, melting chocolate, making steamed cakes, pouring soap, or even candle-making. With a capacity of 1.2l, this steam juicer is suitable for juicing 2kg of fruit without theneed to stop and empty out.

*Fill the mixing bowl with 1000 g of water, insert the Simsafix and close it with the lid without the measuring cup.
*Put on steam cooking attachment and fill with up to 2 kg of washed fruit or vegetables and close with the lid of the steam cooking attachment. (Large fruits should be coarsely chopped in the mixing bowl for 5 sec / speed 5 before juicing. Removal of stems and seeds is not necessary).
*Depending on the type of fruit and quantity, juice for up to 50 min / 120° / speed 1. Rule of thumb: soft fruits are usually completely juiced after 30-40 minutes, while harder fruits can take up to 50 minutes.
*Remove the juice with the spatula and decant over the lip of the spout. After cooling, either enjoy directly or process further.

*Give free rein to your creativity when combining different types of fruit - according to the motto: Anything that tastes good is allowed! The heat that rises during steaming causes the fruit cells to burst, releasing their delicious juice. The juice flows back into the mixing bowl, collects in the Simsafix and can be conveniently removed with the Thermomix spatula after the cooking process is complete.
*The ripe fruits or vegetables and herbs are placed in the steamer and steam-cooked. *By the Way: At the 120° setting, 250 ml evaporates in 15 minutes. With one liter of water, 50 minutes of juicing is therefore possible without hesitation and without the mixing bowl running dry.
