@mrgk Dec 2023, New from Harvey Norman, Can find receipt if required. Home use - 2/3 shots a day. Never had an issues to look for warranty, No leaks, original blades, Maintained per in-built schedule with Sage descale-scale and tablets. No hard water in our area so we use tap water

I have a few questions if you could please answer them that would be great.
1. how long you own the machine?
2. did you buy it new?
3. was it used in a home or office? how many coffees a day extracted?
4. was the machine cleaned and de/scaled often? when was the last time you did this?
5. any leaks anywhere?
6. Have the burrs(grinding blades) ever been replaced?
7, any warranty claim?
8. did you use filter water for it? did you replace the water container filters?
