@Raher1: Yes. It is referred to by Salter as the "Add & Weigh" function or "zero" function, which allows you to measure multiple ingredients in the same bowl by resetting the scale to zero between each addition. I have never used this particular scale, but that is what the manufacturer says. :) You can also switch it on with the weight already on it, which means it will calculate from zero, and add only what you are adding after it is switched on.
