Hello, thanks for the questions
I only ever used bottled water with this machine (Dunnes Italian mineral water)
The boiler hasn’t been descaled as there is no build up, it was serviced last year and all is working 100% , no build up whatsoever, puck screen is used with every coffee brewed so there is no residue build up
It’s back flushed every 3-4 weeks using cafiza powder which is recommend by lelit themselves!
This machine is as good as new!

- What water source did you use with the machine?
- How often did you perform a full boiler descale, and what product did you use?
- Have you ever checked the E61 'mushroom' for scale?
