The espresso machine is Gaggia's new model, which includes a PID for temperature stability.

15ml pre-infusion

It has a programable volume shot button.

The steam wand includes a panarello, which can be removed to steam milk like a pro.

The pressure at which it extracts the shots is 15bar, which can be lowered to 9bar by either cutting the OPV spring or replacing it with a new one.

The water tank capacity is 1.2l and the tank can be removed from the side for easy access when positioning the machine under a cabinet.
