Heya, long time bud! There’s no measure for single dose. It’s designed for larger use so the grinds fall into the container on the front there and you then pull a lever to release into a separate storage container. At least that’s what I do. For example I ground up a 1/2 kilo and store in a vacuum container. You could single dose as well I’m sure. I think it is a cunhill brasil possibly model CBR59
