Coffee Sieve

The single most important tool you will ever use for getting the best possible coffee.

Everyone should be using this tool test their grinder to see if the burrs are out of the alignment or to see if the setting is too coarse or too fine You can adjust your grinder by putting the grinds through these sieves and whatever is captured between these two sieves is the sweet spot for filter coffee this takes out all of the guessing.

I also have a single sieve for espresso which captures all of the boulders so you can know for certain that everything going into your basket will not have under extracted taste from boulders. Tells you if the burrs are out of alignment or how to adjust your grinder settings. €30 for espresso sieve, used.

If you wanted you can make incredible coffee with very cheap grinder using just the sieves to take out the bad grind. But these are best used as a tool for dialling in or checking alignment. Every coffee shop should have these.
