@Liverpool 2020 During the coffee-making process, I can hear the pump running and trying to draw water, but after some time the water stops flowing completely.

When I start the rinsing cycle, the machine is sometimes also airlocked. After a while, the water starts flowing again and then I can make coffee.

While the machine is making coffee, I can hear water flowing together with air, as if the system is drawing in air. The problem seems to come and go, but when it happens, no water comes out at all until the system eventually starts flowing again.

When you say it gets air locked, what exactly happens? Does it display “EMPTY CIRCUIT / FILL CIRCUIT”, and does running hot water through the spout restore it? Or does it just stop pumping water without an error?
