I accept and respect your decision but just before we break off communications I have a suggestion which might be of interest to you. You clearly loved the kitchen but as you say the logistics are complex. The loading, transporting and unloading could easily be achieved in one day - I don't see that as a problem. My sister had her entire house contents moved across Ireland and unloaded in one day so I know it can be done. It is the actual dismantling which would be the problem. Including the long return journey time it could take two men two days to dismantle the kitchen. They could stay in Omagh overnight but that would be expensive.
However I have an experienced and trustworthy joiner working for me at the moment. I could ask him if he would be prepared to dismantle the entire kitchen and leave it ready for loading. He has worked for me many times in the past, starts work at 8am and I am sure he could do the job in a day (maybe a day and a half). He charges £150 per day so this would add a maximum of £225 to your costs.
You would still need to view the kitchen in advance and I would be asking you for a 10% deposit before he would start work.
Have a think about this proposal and let me know.

You are obviously more accustomed to online trading than I am - this is my first experience. I am very reluctant the hit the accept button for Euros 4350 when it is clearly Sterling 4350 which we have agreed to.
My brother-in-law - a retired solicitor - suggests that we should now leave the Adverts.ie website and negotiate all the necessary arrangements via email, phone or WhatsApp.
Any thoughts?

Hi Samantha, my apologies I have only just arrived home and opened your messages. As you say it is a beautiful (indeed a luxurious) kitchen. As you can well imagine there has been a lot of interest.
There are two issues - neither of which should prevent us from coming to a deal.
Firstly, I advertised the kitchen on the website Donedeal for £4750 (£ sterling) but when the website Adverts.ie copied the advert they put the price in Euros.
Secondly although you are very welcome to view the kitchen on Saturday morning (7th Mar) I have an event to attend in Belfast that afternoon and must leave Omagh by 12.30pm at the very latest.
The description of the kitchen was written for me by an experienced kitchen manufacturer so I feel certain that the phrase "solid oak" is accurate.
