Single Murphy bed / fold-down bed for sale, made from thick plywood and fitted with air-assisted hinges for smooth opening and closing.
Very solid, sturdy, and ideal for saving space in a box room, guest room, home office, or studio setup.

When folded up, it sits neatly against the wall and gives the room back during the day. When opened, it provides a proper single bed base and has been a great space-saving solution.

Good used condition overall, with normal signs of use from being a practical piece of furniture. Simple, strong design and much more solid than many lightweight flat-pack options.

Note 1: One of the pneumatic rams was opened during moving and will need to be either reinserted or replaced to restore the assisted lifting functionality. If replacing, I understand a replacement would cost about €100 for the part.

Note 2: during storage some staining has occurred with some dark mould mainly on the underside and back panel. The mattress tray and inside of the frame are unaffected. It will definitely benefit from a good scrub down and possibly a light sanding on the affected areas
