Flat fold-down rollaway bed

Very useful foldaway guest bed. The legs fold flat, & it can just slide under another bed.

We used to keep it inside a small double, ottoman storage bed. But have changed bed for bigger one, & the inside space has a bar across it, so we can no longer fit the frame. ☹️ (have kept the mattress)

Very sturdy. Powder coated steel frame, with wooden slats. There's a strong spring mechanism on the legs, so we keep a plastic tie on them to keep it closed. Or you could use a bungy cord / string.

NB This does not fold up in the middle. It stays flat for storage, and is therefore easier to hide away. Under a bed ideally, or sofa, or flat against the wall behind a sofa.

We used a regular single mattress on it, so it felt like a regular bed. But you could use a foam or thin mattress too.
