Please note - We did open up the box but unfortunately we immediately discovered that we had ordered the incorrect bed base for our bed and knew it wouldn't fit. It wasn't worth paying for the delivery back to Dublin.
It has never been used and all of the parts, manual and items are new and all in the box.
