A vintage butcher's steel which I believe dates from around the 1930s. This is by a quality manufacturer SOUTHERN & RICHARDSON SHEFFIELD ENGLAND. This is quite long approximately 46cm long to the end of the timber handle not the metal loop or metal hanger.
Lovely authentic kitchen prop/ decor which is also incredibly useful! Thoughtful gift for the hobby chef!
