Vintage Christofle Torsades Pattern bowl

Christofle are regarded as being amongst the world's leading silversmith's..Founded in 1839,they have grown from strength to strength.As with all of these great houses,some pieces are more desirable than others...This 7" Torsades pattern bowl,is one of those pieces..The design itself is is not an easy piece to find and this 7" bowl is far more desirable and indeed rarer.It was designed I believe in the 70's and has a very futuristic look..It is heavy duty silver plated,weighs 289 grams and in overall nice condition..The interior has minor tarnishing and it would be well worth getting professionally polished.This is very much an investment piece and will increase steadily in value..as you enjoy it.Registered post is available for an additional five euro.Thanks for looking please check out my other ads.
