A stylish brass Arts And Crafts Door Knocker in the style of Christopher Dresser. Very good condition. Very little loss of definition. Lightly polished. Beautiful patina.
Intricate engraved details, including circular patterns and a shell-like Art Deco motif at the base.
Late Victorian to early Edwardian era, typically dating from the late 19th century to early 20th century (circa 1890–1910).

A strike plate to protect the door's finish would be needed. Could be fashioned from a small brass plate or round medaillon perhaps!
