H.J Cooper US Capital Building Memorial Sterling Silver Spoon(1900 Super Rare)
Here is a super rare memorial sterling silver teaspoon..I cannot find another like it..The piece is 4.5 inches long and weighs 11 grams..It literally has everything going on..A rat's tail connection..barley twist handle and a forked shaped end with the US Capital building sitting on a ball. The spoon was assayed in Birmingham in 1900 and was produced by H.J Cooper & Co Ltd..
