George 111 Joseph Willmore Sterling Silver Snuff Box 1820

Here is a high end sterling silver snuff box with gold gilded interior.It was assayed in Birmingham in 1820( last year for George 111)..by Joseph Willmore..the Maker's mark that you want to see on one of these..absolute top end quality.The box has a hidden hinge and opens from the top,via a discreet centre lip...top and bottom have been hand chased and it has a very detailed foliated top border.The interior has gold gilding and both sides have clear hallmarks.The box is 2.5x1.5x.5" and weighs 55 grams.The four inner bottom corners have been resealed a long long time ago.The box is in super condition for something that is over 200 years old.Please have a look at the price of Joseph Willmore snuff boxes and the auction results..This is very very good value.Thanks for looking please check out my other ads.
