antique Georgian teaspoon
English Georgian silver hallmarked teaspoon, possibly London 1812.
Between 1786 & 1821 small items like teaspoons which were below a certain weight did not need an assay mark, only the lion passant for purity, date letter & makers mark.
This piece weighs 14.87 grams with owner’s original initials to handle.
Length 12cm approx.
