2 X John Yeomans Cowlishaw Sterling Silver Fruit Knives
John Yeomans Cowlishaw operated out of Market Street in Sheffield from 1861-1895..his son then took over the business..Here is an opportunity to purchase two of his sterling silver and mother of pearl fruit knives.The larger knives is a touch over 5.5 inches and was assayed in Sheffield in 1876..It has a very unusual m.o.p handle which has groves cut in to it length ways(very fine hairline)..The smaller piece measures 4.25 inches..also assayed in Sheffield in 1899..It has a very finely tool worked handle..Registered post is available for an additional five euro.Thanks for looking please check out my other ads..price for the pair.
