No tags or size information on it. It measures 22 inches pit to pit, so I am fairly sure it is an X-Large Mens (would also work as a loose-fitting Large).
In good condition. No wear or bobbling. There are a couple of tiny spot stains on one sleeve as pointed out in the final photo - barely notcieable and should clean off.
