Tefrom - New Zealand Maternal Rams
Tefroms are probably the most advanced breeding sheep to come out of New Zealand and New Zealand has the most advanced breeding programme in the World.
These sheep do what they are supposed to do. They lamb quickly and easily on their own. The lambs are hardy and lively and very quick to get up and suckle. The lambs have very good growth, and both lambs and sheep have particularly good resistance to footrot.
The rams are grassfed and won't melt and they have a work rate of 100 ewes per ram.
If you want to increase your profitability and reduce your workload, then you need a Tefrom ram.
