Stylish, fully insulated garden room built with durable steel construction – perfect for a home office, studio, guest room, gym, or rental space. Designed for year-round use with premium materials and modern black matte finish.
The structure is made from cold-formed steel profiles, ensuring strength, stability, and long-term durability. All walls, floor, and roof are insulated with 100 mm polyurethane insulation (U-value 0.022 W/m·K) for excellent thermal performance in every season.
The building features sandwich panel walls with a polyurethane core, a flat insulated steel roof, and a fully insulated floor finished with OSB boards, laminated wood flooring, and white skirting boards. Interior walls and ceilings are plasterboarded, plastered, and painted white.
