No. The cage you refer to takes two 3.5" drives horizontally. The green sliders are only fixed that way (on the bottom of the cage) for storage. Confused me too. Like I said before, it took a while to figure out the actual capacity, which is surprisingly wasteful and dumb, frankly.

at the bottom of the front drives, is that a cage for 4 or is it 5, 3.5 inch HDD in vertical orientation? Am talking about the cage on the same level as the processor fan cage (the green plastic)

Actually a good question. Took me a while to figure out. There's two internal 3.5" bays (with green slide-y things) and an ICYBox in one of the 5.25" bays, so a total of three drives. There's bundles more space inside, for a floppy drive(!) and god knows what else. I reckon, with a bit of custom work, you could probably get five drives in total. If you were using laptop drives...that's yet another story.
