Red Cocktail Tomato "Idyll" Seeds- Lycopersicon esculentum Mill

Cocktail Tomatoes are a smaller variety of tomato (although larger than your typical cherry or grape tomato), and pack a juicy bite. Their sweet flavor stems from a higher sugar content compared to other larger tomato varieties.

Tomato ‘Idyll’, which is a cocktail tomato variety, produces a fairly tall plant with long clusters of red fruit that each grow 15 to 20 grams in weight. The slight red fruit are round with a smooth skin. Tomato ‘Idyll’ is highly valued due to its delicious taste, which makes it suitable for an addition to dishes, salads or vegetable products.

Growing: sow the seeds from March to April.

Plant out from May to June.

Grow the plants in 60x50cm spacings.

The tomatoes are ready to be harvested from July to October.
