Crocosmia Montbretium-Crocosmia bulbs

Fiery, paprika red, funnel-shaped flowers with orange-yellow throats flare out along arching, dark bronze-green stems between August and September. This is a stunning, early hybrid which forms dense clumps of pleated, mid-green, sword-shaped leaves that provide a perfect backdrop to the flowers.

Perfect for creating a dramatic impact and adding brilliance to any garden setting, it looks great when incorporated into a herbaceous or mixed border and makes excellent cut flowers. Growing from small, underground swollen stems called corms, it can be lifted and divided every three to five years if required
This plant will thrive in almost any type of soil including rocky,heavy clay,sandy or damp.
