Broad Bean 'Black Russian' Irish Seeds

Broad Bean 'Black Russian' Irish Seeds Broad Bean 'Black Russian' Irish Seeds Seeds & Bulbs
€3

Sourced from the Irish Seed Savers. An ancient variety grown in Russia since time out of mind. They weren’t bothered by the wet and windy summer of 2020 and ripened perfectly. Plants were a bit over a meter high so need supporting. The mature beans are a deep dark purple almost black. I grow them for the dry beans and have used in stews, ful madames and such.

Average 20 seeds per packet.

Seeds were grown and saved in West Cork.

Check out the other seeds in my collection. I can combine and send any amount of packets by post for €2.
