Segway p100 (needs repair)

Hi I’m selling my Segway p100. Its needs a repair done that I was giving a shot myself but ran in to a roadblock. It needs the handlebar changed.i have the handle bar but the repair requires so much disassembly that I didn’t feel confident continuing as I didn’t want to mess it up. I added pics of it before I reassemble just to show where I was at. I really thought it would be a very easy repair but really needs someone who knows what their at.. this person will also be able to tell you this is a 1500+ scooter and that I wouldn’t have spent €70+ on new handlebars if the scooter wasn’t otherwise in pwo..NB it’s unlocked to 48kmph but if you update the firmware it will revert to 25kmph max speed. Selling cheap as I don’t have time or energy to bring to a repair shop and have an e-bike ordered.
