THE AUTHORS

Arlene Douglas, B.A., H. Dip. Education, Grad. Dip. Statistics, Dip. Computers; teaches Communications, Media Studies and Business at Limerick Senior College, Limerick College of Further Education, and is also Media Courses and Events Coordinator there. She has 17 years' teaching experience in further education colleges and is an external examiner for FETAC. She is also the author of Business Administration, 2nd edition (Gill & Macmillan).
