The charging port is not charging the phone
BUT
I have a second Identical Phone, with excellent charging port, but the Phone will not power on.
So, I have been charging the battery in One phone, and swapping the Batterys when charge is Low, i.e. Using second phone as a charger.
It also means that you will have 2 Batteries
