That makes sense, it's unfortunate but I will leave it.
In a lot of ways the ring not needed as the watch and the phone do a great job.
Though the ring let's you take the watch off and the ring and phone will cover all bases. Also when need to charge the watch, again you are covered.

Actually, the sizes go up to 15. You can take a look here and select 'I know my size'. However, if a size 13 is already too loose for you, a size 14 will unfortunately be too large as well."

I just checked the Samsung website, they have, size 13, then goes to 15.
I had ordered and received the ring size set, the kit goes from 5 to 13, I just checked my own ring size, size 12 fits but a little tight and size 13 fits but slightly loose. So if I was to pick between them I would go with size 12 but 13 was also good.
I am a little perplexed with these sizes. Does your receipt state the size?
